Thanks for the nice response to "Norma's Pit Stop". I am glad to see that a few of you enjoyed it. The fifty way's story,(the Alternative) was also well received. I will try and get a few more done.  I hope you enjoy the short stories because I am having a bit of trouble getting any long ones done.  It's hell getting old. Avoid it if you can.  Papatoad

Sorry that I have not been keeping up with the blog.  In case you haven't noticed I have started submitting stories again.  I have posted more stories in the last six months than I did in the last ten years.  Catch them on SOL or LIT.  I don't know the reason for the sudden up tick in writing, but I will try and keep it up.  I have several more in the pipe so maybe, if you are still interested, you can pick them up. I am trying.  June was a good month for getting a few things done.  I have one almost ready and I have to finish DD.  It is nice to have found my muse again but hard keeping it up. I realize that most of my blog followers have dropped off do to my inactivity. Sorry I'll try and do better.

Dire Future

It looks as if Google will be retiring all of the old Google Sites. I have a lot of stuff posted on Google Sites and I am afraid that much of it will disappear. Stories, guest stories and also the jigsaw puzzles might be gone shortly. I apologize ahead of time for the problem. I will be trying to resolve things but I am getting a bit slow lately.
 A repost of an older story will be going up on LIT in Feb. 

Finally

After 5 years I finally got around to posting a new story.. It is on LIT and SOL.  The constant nagging (lol) from The Wanderer/Denham Forrest, was a motivating factor and the invite from BlackRandi, cinched it.  It is not much, but I at least tried.  To all of you who are unaware, I got to spend a great week in Cornwall with The Wanderer last November.  He is as unique in real life as he is on paper. I will remember his graciousness and hopefully look forward to a return visit.  Sorry for the long time between blogs and stories. I'll try and do better.
